Samson served up another beer. He looked across to grin, seeing Niki dancing for someone. His sister began to sing a good song, he wagged his tail slightly.

Winter grinned, looking across the bar. She leaned into the singer's nook in the piano, beginning to sing Counting Stars.

Nixi danced close to the anthro who had shoved some money into her sparkly bra.

Jax served more drinks, glancing over towards Winter as she played.

Samson grinned. He looked over to see Jax looking at Winter. He smirked. "I remember listening to her rehearse this with the band." he said, chuckling softly.

Nixi began dancing sexily and grinding against male anthros, but eventually one goy too rough and tried yanking her to one of the back rooms.

Jax cleared his throat, letting out a light chuckle and he looked over as he heard Nixi yelp, "Here we go again, go save your girlfriend" The wolf anthro teased his friend and moved to make another drink.

"Shut up, jackass." he said, slapping Jax's arm with a dirty towel. He walked out, "Hello, asshole, can I help you today?" he asked the man harassing Nixi.

Winter sang loudly, dancing. "You better run, you better do what you can!" she sang, smirking seductively.

"S-Samson! I-its alright" She mumbled, her ears back, the male anthro growled lightly and held onto Nixi, "What's it to you bartender? Go make me a drink" He snapped.

Jax watched Winter and gave a smile, mixing more drinks quickly.

"You sure? You're being manhandled by a fucking pig." he said, looking down at the gruff male. He shrugged, walking back.

Winter saw Jax from across the room. She gave him a sexy smirk.

"R-really" She whimpered, yelping as the male threw her into a room, whining as she thought she felt something break, "I paid money for her, I intend to get my moneys worth" He snapped.

Jax's ears perked and he mouthed words to her Meet me in break room later was what he mouthed to her.

When he turned around, he saw her whine. He suddenly ran at the man, kicking him. "You cunt! She isn't an object stupid!" he snarled, pushing himself infront of Nixi.

Winter grinned, nodding. Once she was done, she took her tips and stuck them in her hat. She put her things over in her locker and came to the break room.

The male snarled and he tried launching at Samson, only to fall since he was a bit drunk, "S-Samson, you don't have to defend me" Nixi whimpered.

Jax, once off his shift, he went and sat in the break room, giving Winter a smile.

[Silence]

Winter smiled back. "Hey, Jax. What's up?" she asked, her tail wagging slightly.

"Yes I do, Nixi. You're hurt." he said, gently picking her up. He carried her to a couch and sat down with her.

"Nothin, just thought we could talk" He smiled, his tail giving a small wag.

"Sam..." She sighed her nickname for him and she cuddled up to him, wincing when she moved, she clearly had a couple broken ribs.

He held her close. "Yes Nix?" he used his nickname for her as well. "Listen, I'm gonna call the ambulance, you broke a few ribs." he said, kissing her cheek softly.

She smiled. "Sure! Anything you wanna get off your chest? I can go sing a song about any bitchy people you hate." she said, chuckling softly.

"I-I'm fine" She whimpered, holding her rib cage, when he kissed her cheek, she built up the courage and she pressed her lips to his.

He slowly stood and went over to her, "What I want to get off my chest, is that I've always had a thing for you and wanted to be with you" He explained.

[Silence]

Winter blushed. "I... I do too." she siad, stepping closer.

He kissed her back, holding her close. He heard the ambulance, picking her up, and carried her bridal style outside. He growled when they tried to take her from him and he placed her on the stretcher, kissing her softly.

He smiled, pulling her close and he kissed her deeply.

Nixi whimpered when he put her on the stretcher, not letting go of his hand, worried he would leave.

[Silence]

She smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck. She opened her mouth, finding his tongue, and swirled it with hers.

He stayed the entire time.
