Lana whimpered as snow began to fall. It was freezing, suddenly, as the winds started blowing mounds of snow into the fortress.

"Then we will drive until we find a town, you'll freeze out here and that would hurt the baby" He stated and pulled a blanket over them, still holding her.

"O-Okay..." she said, coughing. Lana whimpered, wheezing. "W-We need to get t-t-o the car... I p-packed our stuff incase w-we'd go... b-b-b-ut there's a h-heater in there..." she wheezed.

He gently picked her up, "I'll just grab one of the money bags, once your in a motel room I'll come back for the rest of it" He said and grabbed one of the bags, beginning to walk.

He gave her a sympathetic look and pulled into a town, where he used to live as a kid, he pulled into a motel and paid for a room, gently picking Lana up when he came back and he walked her to the room.
