She let out a cry as a massive egg slid from her, it was larger than the first, since she had pushed as hard as she did, the egg right behind the massive one slid out as well.

She breathed heavily, clearly exhausted, but there were still more eggs, her eyes drooped from her exhaustion.

He helped her, sending a gentle vine into her core. It grew slightly, attaching to an egg, and pulled it out gently and softly. His eyes dropped. "It... its golden..." he said, sadly.

She whimpered and she let out a shaky sigh, slowly sitting up, even if she was still feeling contractions, she gave him a sad look.

She whimpered and nuzzled him, wincing as she felt another contraction, she breathed hard and laid back on her side.

"Are you okay?" he whimpered, kissing her gently. He tried to put something on her to heal pain. It was kinda working, but not a big difference. The next one he helped her with. "Its Nature. I don't see any more."

She breathed hard, the last egg was massive, causing her a lot of pain, nearly ripping her insides, she tried moving but was too exhausted to do so.

"Mix. Don't worry, the gold is covered in an extra shell." he said, nuzzling her. He pushed some water and three deer towards her, as well as gently picked the eggs up and lay them beside her. Even the gold one.

She slowly ate and tried taking a drink, but she was too tired and her head flopped into the water, she weakly curled around the eggs, "Could we... Make the gold one look different...?" She asked while panting.

"Yes... of course..." he said, taking water in his mouth and gently putting it in her's. He grabbed some leaves, then put them onto the golden one, making it a dull brown. "Better?" he had a power to do that, make it look completely different.

She gave a soft smile and a nod, "Maybe they wont notice" She mumbled tiredly, her belly heating up to warm the eggs and she draped her wing over the clutch of eggs to cover them, "I never counted how many..." She breathed.

No one spoke. "Sold, to the male in the back!" he yelled out. Ice Nova ((her full name)) pulled softly on her chains, waiting for him to retrieve his prize.

He had been fighting off auctioneers. "You won't have our children! Why do you care?! None of them are gold!" he shouted. They shoved past him, storming inside. "Shine!" he called out to her. "Protect our children!"

Shade moved and landed in front of the dragoness, removing her chains and replacing them with ropes, leading her to his massive island.

Shine whimpered and though she was weak still, she curled around her eggs and hissed loudly, sparks erupting from her mouth.

Ice Nova flew after him, looking around. She wanted to speak, but there were heavy ropes tying her mouth shut.

Thistle managed to fight off the one pinning him down. He charged in. "Honey, show them the eggs." he said nodding.

Ice Nova dipped her head. She knew not to speak unless given permission.

The auctioneers saw that she had no golden eggs. They hissed at Thistle. "I thought she was better than that. Stupid cunt can't even make any golden offspring!" one sneered. Thistle clawed his eyes out and sent him home whimpering.
